It can be very difficult choosing a Wedding Photographer, after all you have probably never been married before…so this process is new and perhaps a little daunting!
To make things easy we only offer ‘unlimited’ coverage, so you can hire us for as little or long as required and the price still remains the same. Typically, we would spend in the region of 12 hours at a wedding, this includes bridal preparations through to the evening celebration.
Wedding Price: £2200
Included in this fee is as follows:
- 2 hour pre-wedding / engagement shoot
- Unlimited coverage throughout your wedding day
- 2 photographers including David
- Evening reception ‘Mug Shot’ booth
- A Pro Bound Jorgensen of Australia album
If you wish to purchase the hi-resolution files on DVD, these can be purchased separately for £500. Alternately, these can be provided as an alternative to the Jorgensen Album included in the cost above.
Parents books, frames, wall prints, thank you cards are available – POA
There is no additional charges for fuel or accommodation for wedding within the UK. For international weddings we ask for travel and accommodation expenses, plus £100 for each additional day.
2 hour pre-wedding / engagement shoot
This is a great way for us to get to know each other before your wedding. It will help you relax and get you familiar with having a camera around you. We’ll go out, find a private location and take some fun photographs. Most couples then use their favourate image for a signing frame or guest book for the day. We also sit down and go through some of the wedding day details to establish a running order and your required group shots.
Your wedding day
We’ll be there to capture the day in all kinds of situations as it unfolds, from the pre-wedding preparations right the way through to the fun evening reception. Our style of photography is discreet so in many cases you won’t even know that the camera is pointing at you.
Group shots and personal portraits
We recommend no more that 6 or 7 group shots which can be shot in approx 20 mins; this avoids disrupting your day, plus guests do not like hanging around. We would normally then escape with the bride and groom to take some gorgeous romantic and private moment portraits. This is probably the only time throughout the whole day you would get to be alone and talk about the wedding ceremony, so do cherish it…
Mug Shot Booth
This is an area of your evening reception venue set aside for some fun portraits of your guests with a real photographer encouraging them to be silly and have fun! This is a much better way of capturing those that attend your wedding, than having a wide angle shot of just heads all looking up at a camera. The images can then be made into a fun collage print and perhaps framed.
After the honeymoon
We’ll arrange a suitable time for both to meet up and go through the best images from your wedding day. This is an opportunity to for to relive your wedding day, and in many cases it will bring a tear to your eye as you remember this landmark occasion.
We would normally take in the region of 1500 images, that would be reduced to 250-300 for your viewing. You will select your absolute favourate images (and highlight those not desired) which will be used to create a truly beautiful wedding album.
The album takes approx 8 weeks to manufacture and deliver. If you have opted for a DVD instead of the album, this is normally available within 3 weeks.
All of the images will be hosted on your very own password protected online gallery where family and friends can view all your photo’s. Some of your images will then be featured on our website for marketing purposes.
